Detroit Missions Experience Day 3

The Detroit Missions Experience has been amazing so far! The Kids Camp at the Youth For Christ Center has definitely been the high light. We arrive there every morning at 8:30am and prepare for the students arrival at 9am. As the kids arrive, the counselors start playing games with them.
- The team at the Tiger Game!
- Doing the sponge relay!
- Shannon and her campers!
Shannon has done a great job connecting her campers, they played a fun game of floor hockey today…many of our kids were involved with the game. We’ve been using a gym at a church down the street. The church has some great people working at it, but seeing this facility makes me realized how blessed Woodside of White Lake is to have our facility. Monday night we did a Mafia Night at the Warren Campus, Tuesday we went to a Tiger’s game, and Wednesday night we participated in Warrens 180 Degrees! It’s been a crazy busy week! But, all in all God continues to show

Great job team! I am so proud of the work you are doing for the Lord. I can tell that the boys and girls in Detroit are having a fun time with you. I miss you, Andrew! See you Friday!
